Version Settings
Version Settings
In a RecordPoint managed site collection, there are three settings that effect version submission:
Submit Minor Versions
This setting toggles whether or not minor versions of documents are accepted as record versions in RecordPoint
Submit First Minor Versions
This setting toggles whether the first version (v0.1) of a document is accepted as the first version of a record in RecordPoint.
Submit Content on Finalization
This refers to submitting the existing document versions, and not just metadata, to RecordPoint when finalizing a document. This is dependent on the first two settings for accepting minor versions.
The table below can be used as a reference for how these settings interact.
