Creating and Using Permalinks

RecordPoint allows the creation of Permalinks from the Active Site. These links can then be emailed for reference.

This feature has to be pre-configured post a RecordPoint installation.

Create a Permalink

From the Active Site:

1. Select an item you wish to create a Permalink for
2. From the record drop down, select Record Permalink
3. A Create Record Permalink pop up will appear
4. From here select Copy to copy the permalink
5. Or click Email to forward
