Moving Active Site Content

RecordPoint enables the movement of content within the Active Site structure, without compromising any links between documents in the Active Site, and Records in RecordPoint.

The SharePoint Server Publishing Infrastructure feature needs to be enabled on the site collection to be able to perform these activities

Moving content between libraries in the Active Site:

Navigate to Site Settings
Select Site Content and Structure
Navigate to the relevant site/library/folder/document within the taxonomy to be moved and select the items to be moved/copied
From the Ribbon, select the Actions drop down
Then click Move
Select the destination
Click OK
The content has now been moved, and the links to RecordPoint maintained

Moving content across site collections is currently not supported
