The RecordPoint UserVoice platform is a community based feedback mechanism that helps us to identify and gauge interest in product suggestions provided by our customer base.

We use this platform to prioritise key suggestions where there is a sufficient level of interest to warrant their consideration for inclusion in a future product release.
