Manage Movement History
Record Managers have the ability to enable/disable form fields on the movement history.
Modifying Form Fields
To delete a field from a form complete the following:
- Under Management select settings
- Under the general settings expand Movement history fields
Deletions
- Select delete on the field to be removed
- Click Update
Add an existing field
- Click add (Note: text field available)
- Enter field to be added (Note: field must exist on the content type of the RecordPoint file type)
- Click Update
Add a custom field
- Add custom field to the RecordPoint site
- Add custom field to the content type of the RecordPoint file type
- Click add Click add (Note: text field available)
- Enter field to be added (Note: field must exist on the content type of the RecordPoint file type)
- Click Update
