RecordPoint 4.13 brings new features, enhancements and bug fixes to improve your Records Management platform.

Bugs fixed in this release

RecordPoint 4.13 includes all bugs resolved since the previous release, including:

  • The barcode value disappears from views after a Full Crawl has been performed;

  • In the OData query, the barcode value does not show value;

  • Label templates were displaying incorrect date;

  • The Modified Date was displaying incorrectly in the browser view;

  • There was performance degradation when viewing Metadata or the Record Summary for items not in index;

  • The "Record Visitor Permission Set" includes the "Manage Lists" permission;

  • When searching for special character (backslash) only return item from CAML;

  • New file part cannot be saved with same Title and Content Type as its parent file;

  • VERS Transfer fails when Record Number format contains special character ie. / (forward slash); and

  • VERS formatting on VEO files not as expected.
