RecordPoint 4.12 brings new features, enhancements and bug fixes to improve your Records Management platform.

Bugs fixed in this release

RecordPoint 4.12 includes all bugs resolved since the previous release, including:

  • When multiple submission of Physical items are pending in the queue, the latest item in the queue overwrites changes made in the first submission; 

  • When deleting and item from the Active Site, three metadata fields don't update accordingly i.e. RecordPoint_LastSubmitType, RecordPoint_PreviousWorkflowType, and RecordPoint_WorkflowType; and 

  • When Discussion Board items is being submitted, they are being submitted as Files instead of Records.
