Importing and Exporting Rules

Performing a Rule Export  

In RecordPoint:

1. Under the Management menu, select Settings
2. Select Rule Settings
3. Select Export Rules
4. Specify whether to open/save the file
5. This will open/save the rules as an XML file

Performing a Rule Import

In RecordPoint:

1. Under the Management menu, select Settings
2. Select Rule Settings
3. Provide a path to the rules you want to import, using the browse button
4. Browse to the RecordPoint XML rule file to upload, select and open
5. Specify whether to delete all existing rules prior to import as part of the process by ticking the check box
6. Select Import Rules to import
