View Rule Summary

The rule summary provides a view of its associated components (patterns and outcome), count of records managed by a rule and the date of record last classified using this rule.

To view a rule summary

1. In RecordPoint, navigate to the Rules menu and select Manage Rules
2. From the item drop down menu of a rule, select Rule Summary
3. This will show:

• The title of this rule
• Total number of records classified. Clicking on Records Classified will redirect to show a list of these records
•  Total number of patterns associated. Clicking on Patterns Associated will redirect to the Edit Rule page. If required, additional patterns can be associated here
•  The Outcome associated. Clicking on Outcome Associated will redirect to the Edit Rule page. If required, a different outcome can be associated here
•  Date of record last classified. Clicking on Date Record Last Classified will redirect to show a list of all records classified by this rule
