Viewing Disposal by and Disposal Approved by from the Active site

Two new fields Disposal by and Disposal Approved by have been added to the Record Summary.

Disposal by refers to the user who applied the disposal

Disposal Approved by refers to the user who approves the item to be disposed.

Viewing Disposal by and Disposal Date from the RecordPoint site

When viewing an item (record or file) that has been disposed, the disposal notes will have the disposal by and the disposal date.

Disposal by refers to the user who applied the disposal.

Disposal Date refers to the date the disposal was made.
