Action Delete Requests
Behaviour of Active Delete Requests
- Record Administrator approves the delete request;
- When a Records Administrator approves a delete request the item is queued for delete;
- Once the NAP deletion is completed the Records Administrator will need to manually delete the item from the Active Site;
- Any stored binary will be deleted from RecordPoint; and
- The item will have the Disposal Status 'Disposed' with a Disposal Action of 'Delete'.
Action Delete Requests
- Select Site Settings
- Select Site Contents from the drop down
- Select RecordPoint Delete Requets from the lists section
- Select an item that has a status of Requested
- Update the status to the desired action (in this case, Approved) and click Save.
- RecordPoint will now queue the item for delete and action the deletion of the record as requested by the user.
