Delete Request in the Active Site

Behavior of Request Delete

When the NAP functionality is enabled the option to request a deletion of submitted electronic items becomes available from the Active Site.

• Users requests a record to be deleted from the Active Site
• Records gets added to Request Delete list in RecordPoint awating approval from Record Administrator

Request Delete in the Active Site

1. Log into the Active Site currently being managed by RecordPoint
2. Click on the 'RecordPoint' Ribbon
3. Click the 'Request Delete' button
4. Search for the record you wish to request for deletion by its title or record number
5. Click the record you wish to request for deletion and then click the 'Request Delete' button
6. Fill in all required fields and then click save
