SocialConnect Yammer Configuration
This document has been designed to aid customers in the setup and configuration of SocialConnect for RecordPoint. SocialConnect provides an easy way to capture, control and archive records created in Yammer, Facebook and Twitter directly into RecordPoint.
This document will specifically focus on the configuration of SocialConnect for Yammer. Other documents are available for the configuration of Facebook and Twitter. Please search our knowledge base if you need these.
This document assumes a working knowledge of RecordPoint and, due to some of the complexities involved, it is strongly recommended that the steps within are undertaken by, or with the full support of, your organisation’s IT function.
