Note: As part of the 4.0 Release, the .Net Framework 4.5.x is required. Please refer to the Microsoft .Net Framework download page for further details on downloads and installation.

Recommendations

  • A backup of your farm should be completed before you perform any installations or upgrade. It is recommended that RecordPoint 4.01 is installed prior to installing RecordPoint 4.0x
  • A backup of all timer job definitions is performed using the RecordPoint ManageTimerJobs.ps1 script.
