This process allows for viewing of disposal status per item, ability to export items within a batch and to resubmit a failed disposal to the queue.
A batch can only be successfully disposed if all items within the batch is disposed without errors. If a disposal request returns a status of disposed with errors, check through the batch comments or system messages for more information.
Example: If a file contains records that are active (not finalised), it will return a 'disposed with errors' status when processed through the queue.
Once errors have been rectified, select the batch and dispose again.
Batches that have been successfully disposed can be removed from this process.
