Manage the use of the RecordPoint Classification Group
Allows the setting of start and end dates for a classification. By doing so, outcomes used in a rule will classify content submitted within the specified time frame.
- In RecordPoint, navigate to the Rules menu and select Manage Classifications
- Navigate to the classification term to manage
- From the item drop down menu, select Edit Item
- Pop up form will appear
- Provide a start and end date using the date picker
- Provide a description or notes as required
- Click Save
- This term has now been updated and will be applied to any outcomes (and rules) associated with this class
