These characters are blocked in RecordPoint form controls. This is a security feature and modifying this list should only be performed by a system administrator.
- Log into RecordPoint as a Records Administrator
- Under Management→ Settings
- Under Users and Permissions, Select 'Blocked Characters'
- Enter each character or series of characters to be blocked on a separate line
- Click Update
Success message: "Blocked character list updated successfully"
