At the appropriate interval (as per the poll interval value) check that RecordPoint has captured all expected Tweets. You can view individual Tweets through the Record Browser and aggregated collections in the File Browser. To view the Tweets within an aggregation, select the relevant File and choose the ‘View Contents’ option.
All newly captured Tweets will appear as ‘Unclassified Records’ until such a time as patterns, rules and outcomes have been defined to correctly classify them. Please see the RecordPoint Knowledge base for further information.
