What are the different 'Record Status' in RecordPoint?

There are 4 types of Record Status's in RecordPoint:

  • Active - a record that is active can still be edited and submitted to RecordPoint.

  • Inactive - a record that is inactive can no longer be edited. These records are also referred to as being finalised.

  • Disposed - a record that is disposed means the binary of the record has been deleted. The record metadata remains however the binary has been removed from RecordPoint and can no longer be retrieved.

  • OnHold - a record that is on hold can not be disposed until it has been removed off hold.
