How do I find the RecordPoint version number?

You can identify the current version of RecordPoint you are using by locating the build number from either your RecordPoint site or Central Admin. The first three digits of the build number represent the version number

e.g. Build 40.4.207.3461 = Version 4.04

From your RecordPoint site:

  1. Go to Management

  2. Reports and select the 'System Information' report:

 

From Central Admin:

  1. Go to Monitoring

  2. Farm Installation Status (under RecordPoint Reports)
