Description

RecordPoint Active Queue Timer Job

Site Collection (1 Per RecordPoint Active Web Application)

When a RecordPoint submission workflow is initiated then an item gets appended to a list called the RecordPointObjectQueue in that site collection. This service processes the queue items at a site collection level, with one Timer Job instance per RecordPoint Active web application. By default this timer job is set to run every minute. It is not recommended that this value gets changed as it will impact the speed at which submissions are processed and could impact end-user experience.

RecordPoint Daily Tasks Timer Job

Site Collection (1 Per RecordPoint Web Application)

Processes potentially long running operations for RecordPoint once a day. This includes gathering audit information for every event in the RecordPoint web application.

RecordPoint Disposal Timer Job

Site Collection (1 Per RecordPoint Web Application)

Processes disposals against records. Configuring the run time settings of this job may impact a Record Manager's experience, as documents submitted for disposal may not be processed in a timely fashion.

RecordPoint Queue Timer Job

Site Collection (1 Per RecordPoint Web Application)

Processes record submissions and resubmissions in the RecordPoint site collection. Configuring this job to run less often may impact a Record Manager's user experience, as changes made in RecordPoint may not be processed in a timely fashion.
