Triaging Unclassified Records

RecordPoint enables the management of records by exception. That is, as long as a record that is submitted to RecordPoint matches a rule, it will be classified and sentenced accordingly.

From time to time, new types of content may be submitted from the active site that do not match any rules. If this is the case, RecordPoint will place this content in the unclassified list for evaluation. This content can then be amended to match an existing rule or a new rule can be written.
