How do I configure logging for RecordPoint?

To configure logging for RecordPoint follow these steps:

  1. Go to Central Admin

  2. Monitoring Reporting

  3. Diagnostic Logging

  4. Document Management Server

  5. Check Record Center

  6. Make sure ‘Least critical event to report to the event log’ and ‘Least critical event to report to the trace log’ are set to required level of logging
