Bulk resubmission works via search. When a search has been performed, multiple items can be selected for resubmission.
For example, when an outcome has been updated, all records using that rule can be resubmitted so that retention information reflects the new outcome.
In order for a RecordPoint user to perform a bulk resubmission, the resubmit permission level in the RecordPoint Security Settings must be enabled. To do this perform the following:
Under the RecordPoint user settings, there is the ability to view all My Queries saved. Through this page there is also functionality to edit, delete and sort queries.

The View item allows the RecordPoint user to see the details of the query. Details include:
The Edit item allows the RecordPoint user to modify the details of the query. Detail includes as above.
The Delete item allows the RecordPoint user to delete one or more selected queries.
The Resubmit Query allows the RecordPoint user to select a query and perform a bulk submission on all items that are returned when that query is selected.
Note: Record type must be set in order to resubmit a query.
