RecordPoint allows for the restoration of files and electronic records from the active site. By restoring a file, all items within the file (previously finalized) will be restored.

Restoring a File

From the Active Site:

  1. Select the File to be restored
  2. Navigate to the RecordPoint ribbon and select Manage File
  3. A Manage File pop up will appear
  4. Select Restore File
  5. Click OK to confirm restoration of this file
  6. Click Close to return to the file

Restoring a Record

  1. From the Active Site:
  2. Select the Record to be restored by opening it
  3. Details referring to the finalise action will be shown
  4. From Actions select Restore Latest Version
